22 Jan 2020 09:17 Delivery time was unfortunately very long with this one: Ordered on 11.11. and got it on 22.01. However, it’s not the fault of the store since they shipped out the next day. I asked them regarding the delay and they answered me in a nice way. The product arrives in several parts and it takes a few minutes to understand how to put them together. Unfortunately all parts came a bit dirty. I already tried it today at my daughter‘s lunch: yes, it’s spill proof! :) And it looks very nice. My daughter likes to play with it as well. However, it would be better if the bottom part was flat and with suction surface to make it stick one the table. Right now it cannot be fixed at all. But it’s a good and beautiful bowl for the price. |

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
